WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
As a key member of the Dispenser Operations team, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless logistics, data accuracy, and field support. Your responsibilities will include:
- SAP Transaction Management: Create and manage I/O numbers for all Dispenser Expense to Capital work. Process daily SAP transactions related to parts ordering and fulfillment from the Dispenser Warehouse.
- Shipping & Logistics Coordination: Oversee the shipment of dispenser equipment and parts to field locations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Provide shipping notifications, tracking updates, and delivery confirmations to field teams and management.
- Field Technician Support: Act as a go-to resource for field technicians—resolving order issues, answering questions, and providing real-time shipment updates.
- Production & Inventory Tracking: Generate production orders for finished goods and maintain accurate records in the Dispenser database. Ensure all parts shipped are properly tracked and field data is up to date.
- SAP Assembly & Manufacturing Orders: Create and manage dispenser assembly and manufacturing orders in SAP, including building production assemblies and related functions.
- Cross-Border Shipping: Prepare and manage documentation for international shipments, including parts sent to Canada.
- Warehouse Operations: Support the Operations Warehouse by posting goods receipts and assisting with inventory processes.
- Capital Project Support: Generate Capital I/O numbers (G/Cap) upon request and resolve related issues to maintain high levels of customer service.
- System Proficiency: Continuously develop expertise in SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Access, Word, Windows) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to all GCP/Dispenser safety and business policies and procedures.
- Annual Inventory: Assist in the preparation, processing, and data entry for the yearly inventory process.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or accredited GED
- 2+ years of experience - customer service experience
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Outlook, Word and Windows basics
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work with fellow associates.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, daily changing work environment, while maintaining a professional, courteous, and helpful attitude
- Under Supervision, ability to manage time and prioritize
