WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the activities of the maintenance employees. They provide supervision and coordinate multiple activities within a discrete maintenance area to meet the business plan at minimum cost and maximum productivity, consistent with safety, production schedules, and specifications.

The incumbent works within a framework of practices and precedents, establishing priorities and schedules within the framework of agreed or production plans; results are reviewed periodically. They are directly supported by lead personnel and/or technicians. The operational area encompasses the entire site: all buildings, manufacturing/production equipment, and offices.

The role focuses heavily on planning, control, and coordination with other units within the organization. The incumbent may participate in operation improvement projects that involve other areas, such as Making, Cloth Finishing, Security, etc.

The incumbent has frequent contact with vendors and service technicians for purchasing new equipment, supplies, or maintenance on present equipment, as well as searching for improved equipment or process enhancements. They also interact with manufacturing engineers, industrial engineers, and quality assurance due to specification or process changes and/or customer complaints or inquiries. The Purchasing Department is frequently contacted by the incumbent and/or the lead craft employees for ordering supplies, materials, and/or equipment parts.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field required

Minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices

Relevant certifications (e.g., CMRP, OSHA) are a plus

BENEFITS IN JOINING US

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $115,000 to $130,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
