What's the job?

The Collections & Deductions Analyst will be responsible for managing a direct portfolio of accounts receivable focusing on credit extension, collection and dispute resolution. This role will implement strategies to enhance successful collections to improve the overall health of the receivable portfolio by increasing cash flow, decreasing DSO, and limiting both credit risk and bad debt exposure. We look to the analyst to leveraging system enhancements and become a strategic partner with the sales channel they serve.
Key responsibilities include not only the collection aspect of the portfolio but also conducting thorough root cause analysis for disputes and financial credit analysis on customer accounts. The analyst will collaborate with various key teams within the organization to resolve and prevent future issues. Monthly KPI reporting and other duties consistent with the skills and training for this position will also be expected.

What do you bring?

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or related field
· 3+ years in Corporate Collections & Deductions
· Proven track record as a credit professional, showcasing expertise in managing credit risk and minimizing bad debt exposure
· Ability to identify dispute root cause analysis and coordinate resolution with respective team(s) in the organization to prevent reoccurrence
· A self-starter, proactive approach, ability to handle/manage multiple projects and competing priorities
· Proficiency in collection, dispute resolution, ensuring efficient and effective problem-solving
· Excellent communication skills that can be scaled between all levels of the organization
Preferred Experience:
· Experience in a manufacturing and/or global business
· System experience with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and GETPAID

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $81,500 to $126,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $89,600 to $139,100. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
