WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

Reporting to the Regional Senior Ops Manager, the Plant Manager will be responsible for the personnel, equipment and operations of the Denver, CO locations. The Plant Manager will carry out duties in the areas of production, inventory, management, productivity, cost control & savings, capital management, EHS, and site performance reporting as necessary.
 
This position will interface with plant personnel on a daily basis, including direct leadership and management of the Denver, CO Manufacturing facility and 3PL Denver Warehouse team of plant operators, demonstrating strong managerial and proven leadership practices. The Plant Manager will collaborate with the logistics, customer service, SI&OP, IT and EHS and other shared services and support to troubleshoot plant and product issues and ensure operational continuity. This role operates in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment requiring advanced computer proficiency (including Microsoft applications, SAP ERP, and other external applications) to manage communications, reporting, and operational coordination. The Plant Manager will oversee the receipt, sorting, and planning of all incoming sales and orders, serve as a customer contact when needed, and resolve service-related issues while maintaining efficient workflow and service levels.
 
The Plant Manager will oversee all aspects of production, including scheduling, quality control, inventory control, employee management, safety compliance, and meeting output goals while controlling cost.  The Plant Manager is responsible for the management of a small team to include their training, day-to-day duties and performance reviews. This position will serve as the point of contact for any plant issues at this location.
 
Oversee all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs and compliance for the production site, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local regulations while driving a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement.  The Plant Manager will drive the successful planning, execution, and timely delivery of capital projects in close collaboration with the engineering team.  Plant Manager will maintain KPIs.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

Bachelors Degree in Technology, Manufacturing, Management, Chemical Engineering or Relative Degree, or equivalent
 
Strong aptitude for basic math and attention to detail in sequential work
 
Plant Supervision Management experience with strong understanding of 5S and Lean Principles
 
Strong understanding of Capital Management, including project identification, case development, appropriation request submission and post investment performance tracking
 
Strong understanding of computers and computer-controlled equipment, with general knowledge and user skills with: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet, & ERP/MRP
 
Command of the English language

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $92,000 - $142,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $103,040 to $159,040. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
