WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

This is a 1st shift position working 6:15am - 2:45pm M-F

Responsibilities:

  • Safe and efficient operation of molding equipment by accurately following documented procedures while keeping the area clean and up to 5S standards
  • Effectively communicate problems to QC and other technical resources to ensure quality parts are made
  • Follow good documentation practices including filling out forms for product traceability
  • Accurate recording of documentation
  • Clean molds and presses
  • Remove and set-up tools in press

Qualifications and Physical Demands:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to push, pull and lift 25 lbs. on a regular basis
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, push and pull objects for the duration of the shift.
