We are seeking an analytical and curious Strategy Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 2-5 years of experience (excluding internships), particularly those with a consulting background or exposure to similar fast-paced, problem-solving environments. As a Strategy Analyst, you will support data-driven decision-making by assisting with analytical projects, Power BI dashboard development and help to prepare executive communications. Additionally, this role will have direct exposure to our GenAI program and will assist with ongoing projects. Curiosity, teamwork, problem-solving, and navigating ambiguity are essential to success in this role. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and enhance existing Power BI reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders Assist in building and refining data models to support business intelligence needs (both internal & external intelligence) Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help create executive communications & presentations Support the implementation of new GenAI projects and apply approved AI tools Proactively identify areas for process improvement and automation Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders tailoring messages to audience and context

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related degrees are preferred but not required 2-5 years of professional experience (beyond internships) in business intelligence, data analytics, consulting, or a related strategic role Exposure to data analysis, visualization and dashboarding (Excel/ Tableau/ PowerBI), reporting, and PowerPoint creation/Executive communications Familiarity with manufacturing/industrial, specifically roofing is preferred but not required Familiarity with GenAI tools is preferred
