We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven professional to lead and continue to grow our distributor and integrator network within our Bioprocess Solutions (BPS) business. This is a highly visible role focused on building strategic partnerships, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence.
What You'll Do
·Build Strategic Partnerships: Manage and develop key distributor and integrator relationships, positioning Saint-Gobain as a trusted, long-term partner while fostering collaboration and accountability across the network.
·Drive Business Growth: Identify and unlock new opportunities within existing accounts and new markets, promoting innovative BPS products and solutions to expand revenue and market share.
·Lead Commercial Execution: Develop and execute account plans, identify whitespace opportunities, and work cross-functionally to align commercial priorities with product and innovation strategies.
·Shape Channel Strategy: Play a key role in optimizing the distributor network by  defining partner structures, leading contract negotiations, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
·Enable Digital & Capability Development: Support selected partners in strengthening their digital presence and commercial capabilities, enhancing visibility, lead generation, and digital selling practices.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

  • Bachelors Degree required.  Masters Degree Preferred.
  • 5-7 Years experience of Distribution Management 
  • 5 Years experience in the Biopharm industry is preferred.
  • Collaborative and influential relationship builder with strong commercial acumen.
  • Ability to complete complex data analysis.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments. 
  • Demonstrated experience operating at both strategic and operational levels across sales, technical solutions, supply chain, and contract management.

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $102,000 to $158,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for our Sales Incentive Plan. The targeted bonus amount is 20% of base salary (max opportunity 40%) based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $122,400 to $189,600. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
