We have an immediate need for a Supply Chain Manager.

The Supply Chain Manager provides:

  • Leadership, development, execution and planning strategies to optimize the supply chain network.
  • End-to-end supply chain efficiency improvements.
  • Performance improvement initiatives.
  • An optimal customer experience across all channels of the business.

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for:

  • Working with cross-functional teams.
  • Managing production planning, schedule attainment and material planning personnel.
  • Driving operational excellence in deploying the direction, coordination and evaluation of these functions.
  • Executing projects assigned by management in a timely and effective manner with the purpose of continuous improvement and achieving site targets.

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible to:

  • Develop and maintain various supply chain plans and strategies involving coordinating and overseeing manufacturing operations in order to forecast orders and meet customer demands.
  • Optimize operational resources while executing cost reductions and inventory controls.
  • Conduct monthly capacity and performance analysis to ensure that forecasts and schedules are aligned and integrated.

Support growth objectives through:

  • The development of concise metrics and reporting functions.
  • Conducting risk assessments, supply trends, demand factors and at-risk product mitigation.
  • Reducing product obsolescence through inventory reviews while identifying drivers and effectively communicating solutions.

Warehouse Operations

  • Continually review job tasks and work with subordinates to improve warehouse operations through the use of lean principles.
  • Share warehouse data to improve:
    • Productivity
    • Quality
    • Customer service standards

MRP System Management

  • Manage the MRP system with regards to data integrity and product processing to ensure accuracy of data.

Supplier, Vendor and Procurement Management

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with suppliers, vendors and shipping contacts throughout the procurement lifecycle.
  • Proactively engage suppliers, vendors and corporate supply chain teams in identified potential quality issues and opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to:
    • Decrease supply chain risk
    • Improve material flow through the supply chain.

BENEFITS IN JOINING US

Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $102,000 to $158,000per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 13% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $115,620 to $178,540. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
