WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

As a Sr. Storage & Distribution IT Systems Analyst, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology teams, leading the design, implementation, and support of complex IT solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to optimize business processes, drive system improvements, manage projects, and ensure solutions align with strategic objectives and industry best practices.


Key Responsibilities:
·Partner with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable technology solutions.
· Lead application support activities, including incident resolution, change requests, and ongoing system maintenance.
· Manage and coordinate system enhancements, testing, deployments, training, and user adoption activities.
· Drive project delivery across the full solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
· Lead medium to large projects, managing scope, budget, quality, timelines, and resource coordination.
· Ensure compliance with governance standards, SOX controls, and enterprise technology best practices.
·Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency and business value.
 

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
·8 -12+ years of experience supporting and implementing SAP Warehouse Management solutions.
·Experience participating in or leading at least three full-cycle SAP implementations.
·Strong expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), logistics execution, and inventory management.
·Experience designing and implementing business processes aligned with industry best practices.
·Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
·Experience with SAP EWM, EDI, SAP IDOCs, ABAP, and 3PL integrations is preferred.
