WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

Operator – 2nd Shift

Join our team as a 2nd Shift Operator! In this role, you will operate extrusion equipment to manufacture medical-grade tubing and profiles while ensuring products meet quality and safety standards. This position is ideal for individuals who are mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with precision measuring tools and computer systems.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate extrusion machinery to produce medical-grade tubing and profiles.
  • Load raw materials and perform machine setup, changeovers, and teardown between jobs.
  • Conduct dimensional inspections using micrometers, calipers, tape measures, optical comparators, and other measuring equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, job sheets, production paperwork, and specifications.
  • Accurately document in-process inspections and quality checks using Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Troubleshoot equipment and support production, assembly, and packaging operations as needed.
  • Follow all safety, quality, ISO, GMP, and SOP requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous machine operation experience preferred.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform basic math calculations.
  • Experience using precision measuring instruments.
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Excellent attendance, work ethic, and commitment to safety and quality.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
