WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

Schedule: 4 day, 12 hour rotating work week. Candidate must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed. Schedule is subject to change depending on business needs.

Compensation: $29.13

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Properly and safely operate D10 & D8 dozers on dump, haul roads, and special projects.
  • Daily inspections, update logs daily and facilitate in proper communication with management and maintenance
  • Must be willing and able to perform housekeeping responsibilities
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work in remote parts of the quarry
  • Complete 60 Seconds to Think, Work Permits, SMAT & EMAT audits
  • Maintain excellent 5S standards of area
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and perform LOTO as required
  • Maintain safety awareness while operating around other mobile equipment
  • Team Participation in WCM events/activities
  • Be willing to help cover for vacations
  • Be accountable for Housekeeping, Safety, Quality (Customer Satisfaction), Productivity and
  • Complete SMAT audits & Safety training
  • May require working in adverse weather conditions
  • Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and required shutdowns
  • Must have the ability to climb ladders and stairs
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor
