It takes into account your job scope along with the skills, experience and the capabilities you bring to your job at a given point in time. Your salary is assessed against your performance annually to ensure your ongoing contributions and value you deliver to the organization are recognized and rewarded. Depending on your position, you may be eligible for incentive compensation programs.
