As a Sr. Digital Products Owner, you will be part of a highly engaged and cross-industry talented team that champions digital strategy and product road mapping for a suite of complex customer-facing digital experiences. You will represent the interests of our customers both internally and externally to support desired feature functionality as well as the improvements needed for various digital properties.

You will develop strong partnerships, work collaboratively, and communicate constantly with SEO and Google data experts, product and brand managers, web developers, creative agencies, stakeholders and our executive team to collect and aggregate requirements, define user needs, document user stories, develop product roadmaps and requirements, direct stakeholder alignment, prioritize sprints and backlogs, and coordinate the development of multiple digital products.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

  • Work with stakeholders and development teams to define, prioritize, and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
  • Serve as scrum master, business analyst, project manager and owner who leads extra small to extra large and complex projects, with responsibility for project budget, quality and timeliness of project deliverables.
  • Directs project resources and/or recommends and creates internal development procedures and methodologies.
  • Create and communicate weekly sprint recaps and stakeholder communications.
  • Constantly document, communicate and collaborate with executives and internal stakeholders to define digital strategy and product roadmaps.
  • Manage the product through the entire development lifecycle, from ideation and planning to launch and iteration.
  • Foster strong relationships with designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
  • Actively gather user feedback through various methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing) and analyze data to inform product decisions.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer Sciences, Business, Marketing, Product Management or relevant experience in the required field.
  • Requires 7+ years of digital product management/ownership or complex project management experience with web technologies (e.g., .com, apps, PIM, DAM, Drupal or other CMS’).
  • Autonomous and excellent relationship manager, problem solver and a proven record of delivering a positive business impact.
  • Influential communication skills and ability to work independently, horizontally and vertically across the organization.
  • Expert copywriter who can create communications content on behalf of a project team.
  • Demonstrated success creating and delivering executive presentations.
  • Track record for formulating MVPs and growth plans for new, innovative products based on emerging technologies.
  • Experience cultivating strong relationships with web developers, internal stakeholders and executive leadership team.
  • Entrepreneurial business acumen and strategic thinker.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, planning and organizing skills.
  • Experience with defining and launching high performing digital experiences with large customer adoption.
  • Comfortable working with large, disparate data sets and web technologies.
  • Proven experience in digital transformation or technical projects, and e-commerce is a strong plus.
  • Advanced expertise with Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, Content Management Systems, Product Information Management (PIM), Data Asset Management (DAM), APIs and Google Analytics 4.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Fournir un savoir-faire technique et des conseils au département électrique;
  • Rédiger des manuels d’opération des systèmes;
  • Participer à la standardisation des technologies et des équipements existants;

  • Administrer les contrats attribués aux professionnels et aux entrepreneurs nécessaires aux projets;

Les requis

  • Détenir un diplôme universitaire en génie de la production automatisée ou en génie électrique;
  • Membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec ou être en processus d’obtention;
  • Maîtriser ou capacité à apprendre différents langages des automates programmables, des systèmes de contrôle et des interfaces opérateurs (Siemens, Rockwell, GE, Wonderware, Factory Talk);
  • Posséder une bonne expérience en contrôle des procédés électriques, instrumentation, automatisation, protocoles industriels, réseautage (commutation et routage) et bases de données;
  • Avoir une bonne compréhension de l’automatisation intégrée et des systèmes d’information dans un environnement de fabrication;
  • Avoir une bonne connaissance des bonnes pratiques de gestion de projet;
  • À l’aise avec la suite MS Office;
  • Expérience avec les logiciels de dessin;
  • Connaître les lois, règlements, codes et normes reliés aux champs d’activités;

Job Summary

The Environmental Engineer is an ambassador for employee safety. They will ensure environmental compliance; identify and complete sustainability projects; and lead the plant's environmental improvement efforts. Working under the direction of the EHS Manager, this position ensures company methods and procedures for communicating environmental, health & safety matters to employees are effective, and employee concerns and suggestions receive prompt responses from leadership.

The person in this role will play a critical role in achieving company Energy and Emissions Objectives (2030 Goals); assist with the development and implementation of the facility's environmental program; and manage assigned environmental and sustainability projects. The Environmental Engineer will manage the site's environmental permits; Title V, ISO 14001 program, and audits as necessary.

In this role, primary work responsibilities will include:

  • Daily monitoring, collecting, and reporting to ensure environmental compliance.
  • Interacting with employees and collaborating across teams to communicate applicable policies & procedures related to Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives.
  • Support the EHS Manager through increasing knowledge & skills with Health & Safety to improve safety and environmental outcomes.
  • Assist with educating and developing training initiatives related to EHS and its impact.
  • Conducting root-cause analysis and finding corrective & preventive actions

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

  • BS degree in Engineering required. Preferred emphasis or major in chemistry, environmental, occupational health & safety or related technical degree.
  • At least 3 to 5 years’ experience of environmental management processes.
  • Experience managing environmental licenses, permits and reporting (Air Quality Permit – Title V, Industrial Storm Water Permit, SPCC Plan and other environmental programs).
  • Experience managing ISO 14001 program.
  • General knowledge of Environmental Protection Agency regulations.
  • Experience with reporting necessary environmental information to regulatory agencies.
  • Experience with presenting or communicating to employees for training & collaboration.
  • Experience with performing inspections in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of, or ability to understand operational excellence principles and tools, such as 5S, SMED, Kaizen, Six Sigma green belt, and TPM.
  • CAD or AutoCAD skills and or working knowledge of process engineering software preferred.
  • Ability to diagnose and prioritize opportunities in areas of savings, throughput improvement, and yield improvement.
  • Computer systems proficiency in Microsoft applications (Office, Excel, Word, etc).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, listening skills, ability to organize and retrieve information, and to handle people tactfully and effectively in situations involving various educational and employment levels.
  • Demonstrated time-management, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma tools, or World Class Manufacturing, for business process improvement would be a plus!

What’s the job?

  • High school diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree in an Environmental, Health, and Safety field or related work experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and NEC rules and regulations.

 What’s the Job?

The Commercial Territory Sales Manager (CTSM) for Commercial Building & Infrastructure (CBI) is responsible to oversee our CBI’s GCP portfolio of commercial waterproofing and air barrier products, positioning CBI as the preferred choice among owner, general contractor, architect, builder, contractor, and distribution customer. 

This role requires a strong understanding of waterproofing products and established relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development and Specification:

  • Engage with engineering firms and specifiers to promote and specify our waterproofing products as trusted solutions for their projects.
  • Provide technical insights to support specification and secure product inclusion in project designs.
  • Track specified projects through the bidding and tender process to ensure a seamless transition to the supply chain.
  • Effective delivery of product knowledge sessions for customers and internal teams

Relationship Building with Waterproofing Contractors:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with waterproofing contractors across Western Canada.
  • Organize and conduct product training sessions, demonstrations, and industry events to showcase product capabilities.
  • Utilize a well-established network of waterproofing contractors to expand the reach and influence of our product line.
  • Offer on-site technical assistance as needed to support contractors during project execution.

Distributor Management:

  • Build Boutique distribution partners in the territory and maintain robust relationships with key distributors to facilitate smooth product supply and inventory management.

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing World Class Manufacturing projects, production and processing methods, and controls to meet customer operations standards in the most cost effective manner. Through the application of engineering fundamentals and advanced process control tools, ensure processes are centered, capable and in control, reduce process variations and resolve special causes of variation. 

  • Accountable for maintaining a safe work environment and the safety management of assigned employees.   • Reports to the Maintenance and Engineering Supt. Has latitude for independent judgment and discretion to execute primary objectives within established policies, procedures, and practices. Secures prior approval for unusual or out of policy actions.
  • Internal contacts include heads of production, maintenance, and quality, securing appropriate resources to plan and implement controls projects.
  • External contacts include consultants and suppliers to determine the compatibility of other systems, products and personnel as they may apply to WCM and Controls.

Field Service Technician, Chryso - New England, REMOTE, Construction Chemicals
Position Description
Job Summary

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

With safety as the top priority, the Field Service Technician (FST) is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. Performs troubleshooting services to aid customers in resolving issues and help achieve maximum potential from our solutions. Will be the primary representative at the concrete manufacturing plant. Will install and maintain admixture dispensing systems for each Ready-Mix producer.

The FST will be required to interface regularly with plant management, batch plant operator and personnel. Based at home, the candidate will spend approximately 80% of their time as the only GCP/Chryso employee at the customer sites, thereby requiring candidate to work independently. Schedule flexibility is required. Field visits may be scheduled late at night and/or very early in the morning.

Installation, Maintenance and Repair

  • Technical work pertaining to admixture dispensing equipment includes, but is not limited to installation, preventive and scheduled maintenance, calibration, and emergency and service repair
  • Coordinate problem resolution with other employees as needed always serving as the local liaison and first line of contact to the customer.

Customer Relations:

  • Assist Field Sales Representatives in winning and maintenance of customer contracts by building and maintaining professional relationships with customers by performing regular site visits not necessarily relative to equipment needs or outages.
  • Regular site visits to check on admixture levels and customer needs.
  • Must have sound judgment, excellent communication &time management skills, & the ability to represent the company with customers in a professional manner.

Planning & Scheduling of Dispenser Service Work:

  • An independent self-starter, self-directed person who possesses the ability to diagnose and determine requirements, plan and schedule daily, weekly and monthly events in accordance with the needs of the company and the customer.
  • Interact directly with internal as well as external customers daily and demonstrate organizational skills, planning skills, customer orientation and project management skills.
  • Responsible for managing ‘response time’ consistent with customer expectations or agreement.
  • Must be on continuous call to respond to customer requests for assistance; diagnoses and solves technical problems, providing on-site assistance to customer locations for proper application of our equipment/products.

Equipment Service Administration:

Proficient with computers in order to order equipment, Warehouse part re-stocking, Expense reports, Service Management System compliance, Preventative Maintenance, calibration scheduling and compliance, actively control expenses and demonstrate stewardship of company resources, maintain real time participation CRM reporting systems.

Other Duties:

  • Complete all safety training & Observe all safety procedures, both of Saint-Gobain & those of host companies.
  • Develop a solid understanding of concrete/concrete industry, most importantly the operations of a concrete plant.
  • Recommend modifications and product changes to improve reliability of equipment
  • Work with R&D providing input to new system designs or researching/testing concept of operation of new parts and providing input to improve reliability & performance

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ years' experience in mechanical/engineering work (1 year of education beyond high school counts as 1 year of experience)
  • Experience with computer systems configuration, mechanical systems, pneumatic systems, 12/24-volt DC electrical systems, and hydraulic system principles
  • Ability to learn new technology and processes quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and detail oriented, particularly about maintaining records
  • Hands on Electro-Mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with hand tools, power tools, meters, gauges

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
