WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

the customer account specialist (CAR) is responsible for managing the order process from the acceptance of an order from the customer or region through the completion of the process of invoicing. This position will have contact with multiple areas of the sales and production process and with external relationships including vendors, customers and logistics providers. The CAR will build relationships with business segment team members to collaborate to support business plans and provide solutions throughout the process.
 
 
Manage the processing of order entry and execution of orders into the system. Ensure that both manual and automated orders are verified and accurately entered into SAP and that all customers receive appropriate and accurate confirmations and communication within department service level agreements (SLA) 
 
Enter and execute all types of orders for various business units for US and Canada, including sample and third-party requests within order entry turnaround time as noted in SLA guidelines and in accordance with customers requested ship and/or delivery dates. 
 
Build and maintain relationships with customers, both internal and external along with other Chryso departments and outside contacts including but not limited to logistics and product vendors. 
 
Process order changes requested by customers within SLA expectations with accuracy. Escalate order issues to CS Management team timely and accurately 
 
Provide solutions support to internal and external customers to ensure customers are serviced appropriately, timely and accurately 
 
Professional management of inbound and outbound call handling. Communicate order shipment expectations to operations and outside vendors for rush order requests

EDUCATION:
High School Diploma or accredited GED - Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business Related Discipline - Preferred
 
EXPERIENCE:
 
2+ years’ of Customer Service in a high paced industry - Required
 
2+ years’ experience  with SAP  - Required
 
2+ years’ Experience order management and logistics - Preferred
 
 
Basic working knowledge of SalesForce 
 
Outstanding, attention to detail and organizational skills. 
 
Capable of working independently on daily work activities and miscellaneous work assignments 
 
Ability to successfully organize and prioritize workload and follow up accordingly 
 
Demonstrate ability and willingness to work in a team environment and to accomplishing goals through cooperation 
 
Proven ability to stay focused and multi-task in a fast paced environment

What’s the job?

The Purchasing Agent is responsible for the management of all purchasing activities and projects under their scope for the Oxford, North Carolina Asphalt Shingle and Glassmat Plant.
The Purchasing Agent will perform all purchasing activity (including but not limited to: negotiation, management of spend, bid management, and execution of contracts for both goods and services).
This role will focus on cost savings, strategic purchasing improvement, implementation and adherence to global compliance, and utilization of internal digital tools while providing timely service to internal customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Act as both a tactical and strategic Purchaser for the site and business unit to include Purchase Order creation and monitoring.
  • Coordinates and leads all site-level RFPs for both local OpEx and CapEx purchases (per the requirements definition phase) which includes vendor negotiations through to the contract signature (if applicable), and PO creation.
  • Engage the plant's technical teams early in the buying process to ensure compliance of purchasing methodology and proper management through the bidding platform.
  • Foster site compliance regarding the North American Purchasing Policy [NAPP], Purchasing's Internal Controls Reference Framework [ICRF], Gift Policy, and Credit Card [P-Card] Policy.
  • Ability to manage projects for sites which they oversee, evaluate spend, to develop site portfolios for site agreements and cross-site/business synergies to leverage contract negotiation.
  • Create full Portfolio Analysis of all spend and risk assessment of top spend suppliers. Identify BCP for risky suppliers.
  • Drive compliance of the company's digital tools to ensure everything is bid out according to policy, vendors are validated, and savings/avoidance is properly tracked/reported.
  • Utilize the law department library of contracts for all capital, equipment, and service transactions.
  • Process/monitor purchase orders and act as full-scope vendor liaison (i.e. bid walks, quotation, negotiation, purchases, contracts, risk qualification, SGCT Drug & Alcohol Policy, etc).
  • Execute and review monthly reporting to ensure proper site operations, commitments are reconciled, and on-time payments are achieved.
  • Hold regular training sessions and monthly Purchasing meetings with the plant staff regarding Purchasing procedures.
  • Documentation Process Coordinator for files and records (i.e. quotations, purchase orders, reports, etc.) for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and audit guidelines.
  • Required to sign Purchasing Charter, participate in online and in-person training sessions, weekly/monthly conference calls and meetings, and engage in plant level meetings as defined in the operations cadence.
  • Travel to the other sites or Corporate Headquarters for meetings (Buy-Techs, events, staff meetings).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar).
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in procurement, leadership, or project Management with proven success in purchasing activities.
  • Self-starter, organized, analytic, and able to handle multiple projects at a given time. Requires a leader who can manage pressure/stress, foster change, and work with a dynamic group of people.
  • Must be able to conduct activities in a confidential and secure manner.
  • Prioritization skills are needed as this position is required to determine the demands to procure materials and services for multiple users.
  • Service orientated and sensitive and responsive to customer needs. Confident demeanor to represent the company to customers, vendors and other visitors.
  • Strong communication skills and have the professional manner to interact with internal and external contacts on a daily basis.
  • Ability to travel occasionally (less than 10%) to attend occasional meetings.

The Clean Room Technician assembles and tests high purity components for the semiconductor industry. Assembly and testing is performed in a clean and controlled environment, in accordance with all work and test instruction. The Clean Room Assembler uses hand tools, custom fixtures, and precision-measuring equipment to certify that all products being assembled will meet customer product specifications. When products are returned, this role works with the quality department to help determine root causes for returned products, along with providing needed documentation for all warranty and non-warranty repairs.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

2+ years experience in Cleanroom.
Strong knowledge of Quality Handling, Cleanroom Etiquitte, operation flow, team work and basic troubleshooting.

Relevant du Responsable maintenance, en tant qu’électromécanicien(ne), vous serez responsable d’assurer la fiabilité et la performance des équipements de production. Vous effectuerez des travaux de maintenance préventive et corrective, contribuerez à l’amélioration des procédés ainsi qu’à la fabrication et à l’assemblage d’équipements. Responsabilités principales

  • Effectuer l’inspection, la maintenance préventive et corrective des équipements de production;
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes mécaniques, électriques et opérationnelles, et apporter les correctifs nécessaires;
  • Réparer et entretenir les équipements de production ainsi que les chariots élévateurs;
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des procédés, des équipements et des postes de travail;
  • Fabriquer et assembler des pièces et équipements (mesure, découpe, soudure, perçage, etc.);
  • Assurer l’entretien général des installations (bâtiment, plomberie, réparations diverses);
  • Maintenir l’atelier mécanique propre, organisé et sécuritaire;

The Role

The Territory Manager (TM) for CertainTeed Exterior Products is responsible for sales growth of CertainTeed's (CT) portfolio of Roofing and Siding products and systems by generating sustained demand and positioning CT as the preferred choice among owner, architect, builder, contractor, and distribution customer audiences in a manner consistent with CertainTeed's strategic direction.

  • Works collaboratively with Regional Sales Manager to deliver sales growth and sustained demand.
  • Meets Performance Objectives and Incentive Sales Goals as determined by management.
  • Achieves specifications for Value Added Products (VAP) and increases project closing rate in the residential market.
  • Develops and implements territory strategy consistent with the overall business to maximize quality / effectiveness and quantity of sales calls.
  • Calls on end-users, contractors, builders, architects/specifiers, owners and homebuilders creating a “pull-through” demand, subsequently working with distribution customers to close related sales.
  • Actively targets and tracks construction projects from planning through bidding phases to maximize closing rates using company provided tools.
  • Builds, maintains and adds value to relationships between customers and CT's organization; customers include all audiences, including owners, specifiers, contractors, distributors, etc.
  • Conducts and participates in sales promotions and educational meeting with architects, contractors, builders and builder sales representative, applicators, distributors and other trade factors.

Requirements
