WHY DO WE NEED YOU?
- Lead the implementation of Inductive Automation Ignition and Industry 4.0 technologies to optimize automation, data integration, and digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, reliability, and decision-making across production operations.
- Responsible for improving instrumentation and automation throughout production processes, used by Operations, Maintenance and Management to conduct manufacturing in a continuous production environment.
- Works with Maintenance, Operations, R&D groups on troubleshooting and improvement throughout plant and consults on similar automation projects in other locations.
- Integrate production equipment with data acquisition systems (e.g., SCADA, MES, PLCs, OPC-UA).
- Develop dashboards and real-time monitoring tools for predictive maintenance, quality control, and energy optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, maintenance, engineering) to implement smart factory solutions.
- Lead or support digital transformation projects such as, condition monitoring
- Lead or support digital transformation projects such as automated reporting for salaried positions (Paperless Office Vision)
- Perform data collection, analysis, and visualization using tools like Python, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Evaluate and implement AI / Machine Learning algorithms for anomaly detection, forecasting, and process optimization.
- Ensure cybersecurity compliance for connected devices and industrial networks.
- Stay updated on emerging Industry 4.0 technologies and best practices; assess ROI of new digital initiatives.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $87,500 to $130,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is TARGET BONUS 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
