Material Handlers(Forklift Drivers) are responsible for the safe and efficient handling of product to support production, packaging and order preparation in a barcoded environment.

 

2nd Shift M-F 2:00pm - 10:30pm

$19.00 Hourly + $0.50 Shift Premium

 

Essential Functions:

• Will safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed to move material between semi trucks, warehouse and the assembly line.

• Ensures all materials are labeled properly and will safely pack quality products to ensure they are delivered on time to the customer.

• Will keep track of orders and dispatch shipments to meet the customer requirements.

• Manages all materials to a FIFO (first in, first out) method.

• Maintains the work environment in a safe manner and ensures it meets all 5S standards. Other duties as assigned

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• 1+ year Manufacturing environment relevant driving, supply chain and large equipment maneuvering experience. (Required)

• High school diploma or equivalent. (Preferred)

• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, good attendance. (Required)

• Good communicator with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally. (Required)

Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

IT Senior Systems Analyst – SAP Production Planning & Variant Configuration

The IT Senior Systems Analyst – SAP Production Planning & Variant Configuration (VC) is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting IT solutions that align with CertainTeed’s business processes. This role leverages industry best practices within the SAP application landscape, while adapting them to meet specific business requirements. The analyst leads and supports key IT projects and initiatives, partners with business teams to optimize processes, and identifies functional requirements. In a fast-paced environment, this individual conducts process analysis, solution design, system configuration, and provides ongoing support across multiple platforms and cross-functional areas. The role requires close collaboration with business users, internal IT teams, and external consultants to ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions. You will:

  1. Design & Optimize SAP Production Planning & Variant Configuration Solutions
    Configure and enhance SAP PP processes including demand management, MRP, capacity planning, shop floor control, and production order execution—tailored to complex manufacturing environments. Implement and maintain SAP VC models to support configurable products and manufacturing variability, ensuring flexibility and accuracy in make-to-order processes.
  2. Support End-to-End Manufacturing Processes
    Collaborate with plant operations, supply chain, and planning teams to deliver robust SAP solutions that streamline production workflows, minimize downtime, and improve schedule adherence. Understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and process & data integration with SAP
  3. Lead SAP Projects
    Manage the delivery of SAP projects related to PP and VC, from requirements gathering and blueprinting through implementation, testing, and go-live support. Working Knowledge of SAP Modules – Standard Functionality – SAP SD, MM, WM, PM, FI/CO
  4. Enhance Planning & Execution Integration
    Ensure seamless data and process flow between demand planning, production planning, procurement, and shop floor execution within SAP and integrated systems.
  5. Troubleshoot & Support Production Systems
    Provide hands-on support for SAP PP and VC, resolving production issues quickly to maintain continuity in manufacturing operations and ensure data integrity.
  6. Contribute to S/4HANA Manufacturing Transformation
    Support strategic initiatives related to SAP S/4HANA migration—focusing on modernizing and optimizing core PP and VC processes in a next-gen digital manufacturing landscape.

In role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Process & System Optimization: Partner with IT and business teams to evaluate and improve manufacturing processes using SAP PP and VC, ensuring solutions bring real value through automation and efficiency.
  2. Production Support: Handle support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions to keep production systems running smoothly.
  3. Change Management: Ensure system changes follow compliance rules (SOX, SOD). Oversee the full change cycle—config, testing, training, and rollout—to maintain system integrity.
  4. Project Delivery: Contribute to SAP projects by helping define requirements, configure systems, test solutions, and support go-lives. Maintain strong documentation throughout.
  5. Project Leadership: Lead small to mid-sized SAP projects when needed, managing scope, budget, resources, and delivery timelines.
  6. Travel: Travel up to 25% across North America to support manufacturing sites directly—gathering requirements, delivering training, and ensuring SAP solutions work effectively on the shop floor.

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in science, IT, finance, or engineering — or 10+ years of relevant experience in the required field.
  • Master’s Degree (preferred) in IT, supply chain, or engineering with hands-on experience.
  • 8+ years Supporting or implementing SAP Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Variant Configuration (VC).
  • 5+ years industry experience in manufacturing or production roles.
  • Experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations (blueprint to go-live), preferably as a team lead in PP.

Warehouse Supervisor I

The Warehouse Supervisor I is responsible for ensuring daily efficient, accurate, and timely warehouse operations. These operations include workers' safety, receiving, storage, order picking, shipping, inventory management, and warehouse facility (space) management. This position will support a safe working environment in area of responsibility at all times. In addition, they will correct or report unsafe acts or conditions through appropriate channels of resolution. This role will perform accident investigations, complete required paperwork, and perform necessary follow-up as required.

The Warehouse Supervisor I will help set the tone of conduct regarding employee’s attitude toward their work. The supervisor’s attitude toward the employees, personality, leadership capability, technical competence, and focus on continual improvement will help determine their success.

An important function of the Warehouse Supervisor I is the proper scheduling and utilization of people to result in optimum productivity (e.g., sensible use of overtime). The Warehouse Supervisor II will provide regular feedback, including discipline and documentation where appropriate, of individual and group performance.

The Warehouse Supervisor I will also manage administrative responsibilities, including organizing, scheduling, and dispatching daily work assignments, staging space, and dock facilities to maximize efficient material flow.

Essential Functions:

  • Directly supervise hourly warehouse employees activities pertaining to material management, equipment problems, truck loading, truck traffic, housekeeping, cycle counting, inventory management. Lead shift safety meetings to ensure compliance to all safety, environmental and health policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Communicate & document employee expectations and assess employee performance. Provide coaching and development opportunities and administer disciplinary action up to and including termination if needed. Will be required to assist in the evaluation and selection process of hiring hourly employees.
  • Oversee the training of warehouse employees to ensure they receive adequate training prior to operating forklifts and any other motorized equipment ensuring they follow the standard operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Understand and perform cycle count activities and how it can affect inventory and all warehouse functions / all inventory locations.
  • Ensure solid communication between truck drivers and warehouse employees at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $76,300 to $117,700. Production Supervisor

What’s the job?

This position is located at our unionized vinyl siding plant which operates 24/7.  The Production Supervisor works a 12hr shift on a continental shifts: 3-2-2-3 – rotating from days to nights.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for creating a culture of engagement within and between the plant teams to directly impact and consistently meet plant objectives and deliverables.  This position is also accountable for ensuring that production teams work collaboratively in the decision-making processes and that the decisions are in alignment with plant goals and objectives, Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI), safety requirements and current Human Resources (HR) guidelines.  Finally, the Production Supervisor is responsible for all activities at the site and acts as the primary point of contact in off-hours and on weekends in the absence of plant management.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Shift performance reporting as required
  • Communicating with other Production Supervisors to at shift changeovers.
  • Accurate and timely recording of production data through PPMS and SAP.
  • Coaches and mentors Production Associates by influencing behaviors to meet assigned objectives to improve plant performance.
  • Manages the performance of Production Associates to achieve targets across EHS, Quality and Production
  • Continuously evaluates workplace for safety concerns and ensures behavioral safety initiatives are performed to goal levels.
  • Through coordination with other departments, leads production of drywall in a manner such that shipments meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure product is to specification and meets identified quality standards.

Best Practice Maintenance

  • In conjunction with plants develop Best Practice Maintenance for common critical AA equipment and components
  • Develops and maintains standard operating & maintenance procedures, and work instructions. Identify and co-ordinate development of good practice PM’s across sites to improve reliability
  • Support Plant Maintenance Network initiatives by interacting with managers and supervisors at plant and corporate personnel to secure appropriate resources to plan and implement projects
  • Development of detailed maintenance tasks when necessary

Loss Intelligence

Analyzes / stratifies accurate data and information from records to prepare reports, statistics, etc. in support of continuous improvement of reliability across IPG

Learning and Development

  • Trains Basic Tools such as EWO’s, Quick Kaizens, Tags, Etc to plants
  • Trains PM Step 0
  • Train Asset Care & Restoration concepts which supports the fundamentals Professional and Autonomous Maintenance

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research, purchase, inventory, logistics and maintenance of spare parts stores area
  • Maintains various department records, files, reports and equipment ledgers.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as needed and/or requested by management

  • Participate in the development, understanding and review of related Job Safety Analysis and/or Standard Operating Procedures.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

We work hard together to create an environment that teaches our employees manufacturing skills.  We are looking for a dedicated maintenance mechanic to increase our team’s efficiencies by supporting maintaining our facilities and equipment.

Schedule: Training conducted on day shift (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.) with rotating shifts after training is completed. Individuals must be flexible on shift hours assigned and overtime requirements. After training, the hours will be rotating (day/night) working 12's.

Compensation: Starting wage $29.98-$31.80 depending on experience.

  • Follow all safety rules and rules as established in the employee handbook
  • Follow standard operating procedures
  • Operate various hand tools including the use of hand grinders, drills, pneumatic air guns, etc.
  • Must have the ability to read machine diagrams and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
  • May perform basic/precision maintenance duties to include: reducer/coupling alignment, motor alignment, mounting taper bore bearings with taper sleeve adaptors, mount pillow block, and flange bearing to specifications.
  • Has the ability to dismantle, repair, and reassemble conveying systems (live roller, belt, and screw).
  • Has the ability to operate metal saws; is proficient in drilling/tapping.
  • Is proficient in welding, oxy/acetylene cutting, and plasma cutting
  • Completes maintenance work orders as needed
  • Maintains good housekeeping as established by Operator Duty Sheets and identifies gaps and areas for improvement

Position Summary

The Journeyperson Millwright will carry out repair and preventive maintenance activities. This includes promptly diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing and replacing parts for flat roll steel slitting lines, packaging equipment, banding tools and hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of Bailey's machinery, equipment, hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic and mechanical systems while meeting scheduling priorities, safety, quality productivity and reliability requirements
  • Supervise, co-ordinate and daily schedule the activities of maintenance workers to ensure orders can be completed meeting customers' & inter departmental requirements
  • Develop, implement & maintain schedules & procedures for preventive maintenance programs in coordination with necessary departments and maintain logs/ documents
  • Advise daily the required repair time to scheduling, and production department if it takes more than 24 hours; Record equipment downtime and repair done in a systematic way
  • Assist in the sourcing, negotiation and administration of contracts for the provision of supplies, parts and services for maintenance including annual inspection of material handling equipment
  • Plan, organize, transfer, and install machineries and equipment as per manufacturer's instructions without compromising safety
  • Report daily and update on equipment requiring preventive maintenance, repair, or replacement of parts. Develop required reporting forms, and documentation

  • Identify and implement work measures to continually improve maintenance work methods, systems, productivity, safety, and quality of service
