Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous serez responsable de :

  • Superviser et guider l'équipe du service clientèle pour assurer un traitement rapide et précis des transactions et veiller à ce que les membres de l'équipe respectent les politiques de l'entreprise
  • Susciter l'engagement de l'équipe envers des normes de service élevées afin de dépasser les attentes des clients
  • Préparer les factures et les traiter conformément aux procédures standard
  • Organiser des séances de formation individuelles et/ou en petits groupes pour le personnel du service clientèle sur les activités de service et les procédures établies
  • Communiquer les changements de politiques, de procédures, de produits, de services, de promotions ou toute autre modification ayant une incidence sur la prestation du service à la clientèle
  • Participer à la gestion du personnel du service à la clientèle, y compris le recrutement, la sélection, l'évaluation des performances et la formation
  • Superviser les fonctions "quotidiennes" liées aux opérations du bureau des commandes
  • S'assurer que les comptes clients sont à jour
  • Vérifier les prix et la disponibilité des produits
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches connexes, selon les besoins.

Environmental, Health, Safety (EHS) and Sustainability Manager

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $87,000 to $120,000 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $90,000 to $130,000. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, such as Environment Science, or equivalent required
  • At least five (5) years industrial plant manufacturing experience in related capacity
  • As a member of the site leadership team, this incumbent must demonstrate leadership and ensure that all company, division, and plant policies and procedures are followed.
  • The ability to convey leadership, be detail oriented, solve multifaceted problems, and operate with consistency with a sense of fairness. Requires positive attitude toward all personnel and must be a team player. Must have the ability to manage and motivate employees.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential as well as ability to communicate, interact effectively and successfully with others.
  • Must have solid knowledge of federal, state and local EHS laws, regulations, rules and standards, as well as a firm knowledge of Workers' Compensation administration. OSHA certification preferred. Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST); or Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) preferred.
  • Must have specialized knowledge and a successful track record in the initiation, design and implementation and monitoring of critical EHS programs, functions and equipment.
  • Must apply advanced safety principles, standards, practices and analytical techniques; ergonomics, psychology and physiology science knowledge; and at times, professional engineering principles, methods and techniques.
  • Must have strong computer skills – proficient with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Familiarity with MS Access preferred.

This position is responsible for the development, implementation and management of a complete plant Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) program for Wheatfield, NY site (Seeded Gel and Ekonol) to minimize all safety risks and reduce potential liabilities.

The incumbent ensures compliance with all EHS procedures and establishes and promotes the maintenance of a safe, accident free and healthy work environment, thereby eliminating or controlling hazardous conditions resulting from human error, equipment and machine operations which may lead to human injury and or property damage.

The incumbent must comply with, and when possible, exceed applicable Saint-Gobain EHS standards, as well as federal and provincial/local environmental regulations through the implementation of our EHS plans and Pollution Prevention.

The incumbent is also responsible for managing the Wheatfield ISO14001 program and supports all 9001 ISO activity.

In addition, the incumbent manages the Wheatfield Chemical Security Program.

This position supports the implementation and sustainment of the 5S program at the site. The position works closely with the operational team to implement standards and effective training across the site.

The Sustainability piece of this role will require closely working with the business level leadership to carry out Sustainability initiatives at the site level. Creating awareness and an engaging culture for these initiatives to thrive will be paramount.

  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives, including energy conservation, waste reduction, and resource efficiency programs.
  • Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable practices and meet sustainability goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sustainability performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sustainability and incorporate relevant strategies into the organization's operations.
  • Communicate and engage with employees at all levels to promote a culture of sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Utiliser une presse plieuse pour fabriquer des composants à partir de bobines de métal.   • Utiliser des équipements de formage de la tôle, tels que presse plieuse, cisaille, poinçonneuse, etc.

  • Connaissance des outils manuels tels que les cisailles à étain, les mètres à ruban, les pieds à coulisse, etc.

L’usine de Dorval recherche un(e) Responsable de la maintenance qui fera partie intégrante de l'équipe Bailey et relèvera du Directeur de l'usine. L'objectif principal de ce poste est de s'assurer que tout l'équipement et les installations de Bailey sont réparés et bien entretenus tout en respectant les exigences en matière de sécurité, de qualité, de planification et de productivité et de fiabilité. Cela nécessite une coordination et des rapports; le dépannage; l'entretien préventif; s'attaquer aux questions de sécurité; aider à la planification et à l'installation de la mobilisation de l'équipement

 

RESPONSABILITÉS

 

  • Diriger et participer à l'entretien et à la réparation de la machinerie et des systèmes de l'usine, en respectant les priorités de sécurité, qualité, productivité et fiabilité;
  • Fournir un leadership solide, planifier et prioriser la charge de travail;
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre un plan de gestion de la machinerie pour maximiser la disponibilité de l'usine et éviter les arrêts imprévus;
  • Coordonner les réparations avec le personnel de production;
  • Configurer l'équipement, résoudre les problèmes et assurer le bon fonctionnement des systèmes;
  • Diagnostiquer et réparer les pannes des machines et équipements;
  • Avoir des compétences en tournage, fraisage, soudage, meulage et perçage;
  • Installer, entretenir et réparer les machines et composants électriques majeurs;
  • Améliorer les méthodes de travail, produits, productivité et sécurité;
  • Tenir des dossiers d'entretien et l'inventaire des manuels d'équipement;
  • Rechercher et négocier les fournitures et services nécessaires à l'entretien;
  • Faire des rapports quotidiens sur l'entretien et les réparations nécessaires;
  • Lire et interpréter les dessins et spécifications pour les installations existantes;
  • Tester et mesurer la tension, les charges et l'intégrité des circuits;
  • Répondre aux demandes de production;
  • Participer aux programmes de formation recommandés par le Directeur de l'usine.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXIGENCES

  • Avoir un minimum de 8 ans d'expérience en réparation et entretien dans un environnement de fabrication;
  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience avec des équipements tels que : grues, chariots élévateurs, cercleuses, cutters, scies à onglets, instruments de contrôle qualité, etc.;
  • Certification en électricité ou mécanique industrielle (atout);
  • Excellente connaissance du processus de production, du chariot élévateur et de la grue est essentielle;
  • Bonne connaissance de la loi et des règlements sur la santé et la sécurité;
  • Faire preuve d’éthique, d'ouverture d'esprit, avoir un bon sens de l'observation et démontrer de la tenacité;
  • Apprendre rapidement, avoir un bon esprit d'équipe, de l’initiative et capable de respecter les délais.
  • Le poste requiert la connaissance de l'anglais en raison des communications de la transmission de connaissances complexe sur la maintenance des machines avec l’équipe anglophone de la maintenance au siège sociale de l’entreprise situé en Ontario. Les interactions se font sur une base quotidienne et impliquent des discussions et des échanges techniques et de résolution de problème.

Manufacturing Engineer III

We are seeking experienced, highly motivated, hands on, results oriented engineering professional. The Manufacturing Engineer III will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment and processes for new and existing products (resilient metallic seals).

The role also supports various engineering projects including new product development, project management, manufacturing development and support, tooling and fixtures, and identifying new equipment and technologies. They will rely on experience and judgment to plan and support goals utilizing creativity as well as excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills.

The responsibilities include:

  • Work with the site team and production operators to establish stable and repeatable manufacturing processes. Solve real time problems in processing with equipment and tooling. Implement workable solutions in both the short and long term so that failure modes are effectively understood and eliminated.
  • Support the development of all internal drawings and process control documentation for all new processes including work instructions, inspection plans, and engineering prints.
  • Manage and/or lead manufacturing projects from contract receipt through delivery to ensure products are manufactured safely and in compliance with customer requirements.
  • Ensure effective communication with customers, sales, quality, operations, purchasing and planning to drive projects to completion within lead time and budget.
  • Manage vendor relationships and expectations through direct contact.
  • Support new product industrialization and control procedures, and ensure work is completed in the required time frame and budget requirements.
  • Use software as required to design/modify and detail machining fixtures, tooling, and stampings tools. Ensure that the design meets customer print and specification requirements as required, and that the designs are optimized for safety, manufacturability, assembly, and production use.
  • Regulatory documentation for validation, CAPA, and procedures.
  • Other projects as assigned.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

The successful candidate should possess the following requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree in engineering or similar discipline is required.
  • Advanced technical knowledge associated with a Master’s Degree would be a plus
  • 10+ years’ work experience in an engineering capacity in a manufacturing environment.
  • Practical / Technical knowledge of Welding Engineering is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of project development and management.
  • Ability to be self-directed and work in a cross-functional team (Manufacturing, Sales, and Engineering) environment is essential
  • Understanding of lean principles and ability to implement improved processes
  • Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental best practices
  • Able to write clearly and speak convincingly as a large amount of time is spent working with people within and outside of the company
  • Able to make independent decisions as well as operate in a team environment.
  • Strong Solid Works / AutoCAD skills.

The Plant Manager holds the leading responsibility for the Little Rock plant facility and its operation.  Managers of the Production, Engineering, Materials Management, WCM, Quality, and HSE functions report directly to the manager.  

Customer Service, Human Resources, Finance, R&D & marketing/product support are located within the site & report directly to various other managers. 

  • Manage, direct, and coordinate all operations directly related to the production and shipment of all products produced by the facility: Materials Management, Manufacturing and Manufacturing Systems, Facilities Engineering/Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Shipping and Receiving, Process Engineering, Purchasing
  • Manage, direct, and coordinate Plant staff functions. Manage positive employee relations.
  • Staff all above functions, as appropriate to the most effective achievement of operational goals and objectives.
  • Design and administer effective Human Resources programs to equip employees to achieve business goals and to foster career development and organizational succession plans
  • Ensure that the facility is operating safely and in full environmental compliance.
  • Serve as principal facility communications liaison with other Waterproofing, Company, and external contacts
  • Prepare operational plans and budgets, and report to appropriate Management on actual performance vs. those plans.
  • Drive systematic cost improvement and state-of-the-art processing through WCM program.

This position is responsible for creation of custom injection mold tools for silicone injection molded components related to the life science biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Tooling will include the injection tooling, mandrels, fixturing, mandrel removal tools and any other required tooling for production to efficiently interact with the injection tool.

Candidate will have a high level of ability to design in SolidWorks and use PDM. Must be able to follow SOP’s, MOP’s and WIs for all work required. Candidate will also be able to work independently, be self-starting, and have a proven ability to collaborate with a team to optimize designs.

Candidates will also promote a safe working environment, comply with proper use of PPE, reports incidents, and participate in functional department safety meetings. Exhibits good environmental practices and procedures consistent with job(s) performed and EMS (Environmental Management System) requirements.

This job will be located on-site at Saint-Gobain Beaverton, Michigan.

  • Design injection mold tooling, fixtures, guides – Simple tooling modifications to custom complex tooling
  • Maintain tool drawings as controlled documents using PDM

Position Summary

The main purpose of this position is to provide the necessary mechanical skills to rebuild Bailey equipment as jobs are assigned. This position significantly contributes to the Bailey equipment being returned to its original mechanical condition.

The individual is expected to maintain all safety aspects of the Rebuild Processes and standards as required.

  • Dismantling equipment and reporting/recording of all parts to be replaced
  • Prepare equipment for painting/painting key parts as necessary
  • Cleaned various parts of equipment for reassembly

  • Reassemble equipment in a timely manner and with strict tolerances as necessary
  • Maintain documentation to record any repairs or issues with machinery
  • Participate in regular inspections of machinery
  • Any additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of machine assembly
  • High school graduate
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Good working knowledge of power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics
  • Good working knowledge of machine shop tools
  • Technical knowledge of all relevant machinery and tools

  • Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting machinery issues
