Schedule: Monday to Friday
Status: Full Time, permanent

You will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, ensuring safety, inventory management, and high customer service standards. You will collaborate with various departments to achieve branch goals.

Responsibilities

Safety and Compliance:

  • Enforce SG safety rules and use of PPE.
  • Coach staff on emergency procedures and conduct annual evacuation drills.
  • Ensure that employee safety certification and company safety certificates are up to date.

Inventory and Warehouse Management:

  • Review regularly of Open Order Report
  • Ensure inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage warehouse organization and real-time inventory adjustments.
  • Complete inspections and adjust Inventory Matrix with sales.
  • Oversee monthly DAM/Sample Inventory Process.
  • Plan routes for Kaycan Fleet Vehicles using GPS.
  • Partner with Supply Chain for logistics and plan trailers days.

Customer and Sales Support:

  • Collaborate with Sales Reps on daily/hourly basis.
  • Build relationships with target accounts.
  • Teach product knowledge and implement cross-training.
  • Perform CSR tasks in Oracle and follow White Glove Customer Service Protocol.
  • Build a strong partnership with Head Office support teams, Sales teams and other BOMs
  • Travel to customer sites and other branches may be required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Operational Excellence:

  • Develop operational plans with Sales Rep.
  • Promote sales and new product categories.
  • Review branch metrics and reduce expenses.
  • Manage employee performance and share best practices.
  • Set performance goals and provide feedback.
  • Manage working hours in UKG and administrative tasks.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Foster positive team morale and assist with tasks as needed.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and deliver clear instructions.
  • Support and motivate team members.
  • Investigate and resolve employee concerns in coordination with HR team.

Manage priorities and distribute workload.

Sr. Process Engineer - Life Sciences

The Senior Process Engineer will lead injection molding process development and continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on plastics, tooling fabrication, and mold optimization. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 12% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $100,240 to $155,120. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.

Quality Inspector - Manufacturing

Why do we need you?

Under the supervision of the Quality Supervisor, the Quality Specialist ensures the accuracy and reliability of quality test equipment, supports product and material testing, and contributes to continuous improvement of the Quality Management System.

· Emergency Support: Be available for after-hours support during emergency downtime situations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

Equipment Repair & Troubleshooting 


·    Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in production and within the facility
·    Disassemble machinery to identify defects and replace components such as bearings, belts, gears, and other related parts
